This menu was inspired by my beautiful mother who was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana!

Our signature red beans and rice is made only on Mondays with Camille kidney beans, holy trinity, ham shank, smoked sausage, Tasso & andouille sausage.

Our top selling signature dish made with a buttery, rich roux with crawfish tails, shrimps, herbs & cajun spices.


Creole Jambalaya $25

Andouille sausage, Tasso Ham, chicken & shrimp in tomato roux, holy trinity served with jasmine rice & scallions.


Catfish Atchafalaya $32

Our Atchafalaya is a combination of Southern Fried Catfish, smothered in our crawfish & shrimp étouffée and served with rice.

“Bourbon Street” Chicken $15

Linguini Fini tossed in spicy cajun sauce with blackened chicken & shrimp, andouille sausage and Tasso ham. Topped with scallions.
