How do I know my event date is set?

Booking date is ONLY secure after deposit is received.

Are your catering menus customizable?

Yes, absolutely! Our catering menu can be completely customized to your liking!

None of our online bakeshop items can be customized or changed. 

Are you able to accommodate large online orders?

We are a small business that specializes in small batches! Large orders are subject to cancellation

Do you have a minimum for catering orders?

We have a weekly minimum of $800 M-T and a weekend minimum of $1,500 F-S!

How long does it take to ship bakeshop items?

All edible bakeshop items are made to order, packaged with care, and guaranteed to offer a memorable experience. We put a great deal of attention into delivering our product to you, with all perishable goods arriving within three days of shipment to maximize freshness.

Our orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During holidays (Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Etc.), order processing can take up to 5 additional business days. 

We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

What is your catering cancellation policy?

We accept cancellations but there is a 50% deposit required upon booking that is non-refundable. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior the customer is liable for 100% of the catering cost.

What is your refund policy on delivered items?

All sales are final. We accept returns and exchanges if an incorrect product was shipped. We are not responsible for products lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 30 days. We'll make it right!

Can I request off-menu items for my catered meal? 

Only if the chef has posted the off-menu item in the gallery section of the website.

Are pick ups available?

Yes, pickups are available for both our catering and bakeshop items directly from our San Francisco location. 

Do I need a full service staff?

For the gourmet cocktails, buffet and barbecue, staff is required.


For all other menus we can simply drop the food off ready to go and leave you to serve it.
